Industry Recognition

Twenty years ago, Toni was asked by her peers to accept the important responsibility of being a co-author on Pennsylvania’s most widely read resource on the practice of Workers’ Compensation Law – “Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation – Practice & Procedure”, affectionately know in the industry as “The Bible”.

Over the course of those two decades, she has been one of three defense attorneys, along with three claimant attorneys and a sitting judge, editing the text and reviewing trends in the law as they have unfolded.

Now, all the Pennsylvania attorneys who practice Workers’ Compensation law rely on her work, and the work of her co-authors, to guide the representation of their clients.

For years, Toni has been recognized by her peers as a highly esteemed attorney in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.  In 2019, that recognition became national as Toni was inducted as a Fellow in the American Bar Association’s College of Workers’ Compensation Attorneys.
